Strengthened and streamline runner
Matt has helped me greatly in my return to running after having been out for a year with a bad injury and a lack of motivation.
The main concentration has been on my legs, building my glutes and turning my hamstrings on, so when I am running these muscles are now working and protecting me from further injury.
After a couple of sessions I started to feel and see the change.
My running has improved and I’m now considerably faster than I thought I would be.
The middle age spread has been reversed with the help of the new diet Matt gave me. He kept me motivated with the exercises and the diet, when at times I was struggling and even though our sessions have finished he is still available for questions and a chat.
