I lost 19cm from my waist and 8% body fat being coached by Matt
Working with Matt has changed the way I think about health, fitness and weight loss. He is inspirational and knows exactly how to motivate me. I was unhappy with the way that I looked and felt; I’d followed weight loss diets on and off for years with some good weight loss at times but I rarely sustained it.
From the first session together, I knew that I’d found the perfect trainer for me. Matt listens to what I say, changes workouts midway through if I’m struggling or something doesn’t feel right. Don’t get me wrong-he doesn’t go easy on me, instead, he encourages me to try different things, work harder and persevere. I am surprising myself with what I am able to achieve in the gym and I am delighted with the results so far; I’m fitter, stronger and lighter!
As well as his understanding of fitness, Matt’s diet and nutrition knowledge is extensive. He provided me with an eating plan that has proved to be very effective. Matt is a genuinely lovely bloke, a great role model and a brilliant trainer. He has given me back the confidence that I’d lost and I’ll always be grateful to him for that?
